The patient/client is informed at admission of the Company’s mechanism for receiving, reviewing, and resolving patient/client complaints.

At time of initial set-up of equipment, the patient/client will receive the admission packet which includes the Customer Information Checklist. At time of presentation of the contents of the packet, the patient/client will be encouraged to express feelings towards care and service …
