Admission Acceptance

Each patient/client, after evaluation against the admission criteria, will be notified of their acceptance with service beginning in a timely manner.

  1. After the initial acceptance, the customer service representative shall generate a delivery ticket which contains the patient's/client's name and address, etc., and the equipment ordered.
  2. The equipment specialist, and/or driver technician shall be contacted immediately for scheduling …
