All assessments of equipment provided by the Company, whether standard durable medical, respiratory, or high tech, shall be conducted by a qualified individual.

  1. Company personnel assessing the appropriateness of equipment shall be qualified, as documented by education, training, or experience, appropriate to the specific piece of equipment in use.
