The Company shall provide appropriate written as well as verbal instruction in the safe and appropriate use of the equipment provided to the patient/client.

  1. Written Instruction Sheets will be distributed to patients/clients. As required by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), patients are to receive printed equipment information at the time of delivery.
