Budget Planning

The Company shall, annually in the quarter before the fiscal year end, prepare a budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The Board of Directors, the President, and the Departmental Managers will attend the budget planning process. Budget planning will include preparing a document projecting revenue and expenses for all program services provided, and preparing a capital expenditure list.
