Content of Personnel Files

The Company shall maintain accurate, complete, and current files on each of its staff members, whether employees or contracted labor.

The following documents must be included in each employee file, as appropriate to the individual job responsibilities

  • Employment Application or Resume
  • References Checks
  • Signed Job Description
  • Signed Employee Handbook Acknowledgement Form
  • Completed I-9 Form (Immigration & Naturalization)
