Disaster Recovery Plan
The Company has a business continuity/disaster recovery plan in order to ensure ongoing patient care. The business continuity plan has the following elements:
- Planning is conducted on a company-wide basis;
- Risk assessment, including impact on electronic systems, is analyzed;
- Effectiveness of the plan is periodically tested;
- Changes are integrated, as required.
